Co-founded by Dr. Michelle Owens and Dr. Brenda Schiltz-- two palliative care physicians who connected amidst pandemic isolation with a dream of wholistic wellness for all in the field. HPM hopefuls is a group of like minded interdisciplinary team members in hospice and palliative medicine interested in promoting their own self-care and well-being through authentic connection, shared stories, resources and collective kindness.
